PPC3-EVM-MB: Access denied error

Part Number: PPC3-EVM-MB

I try to log in to ppc3 and get an access denied error.   I could not even log into e2e from Chrome or edge.   I can log in from another device.   How to fix?

    Regarding your access to e2e on the browser, could you please test by deleting your cookies and cache? Are you still having trouble after that?
    Can you double check on the version of PPC3 you have installed? You can send a capture of the About dialog from the software, please make sure you have v3.2.1
