Our customer bough the AIC31254 EVM-K kit, and he wanted to request the Purepath studio software, he requested several times with his company Email address, and received the denied Email which is as following. Please help to confirm:

Upon reviewing the request, we were able to verify that the email used by the customer is not matching with the name of the company which is one of our requirements and this is the reason why his request was rejected.
