PCM6260-Q1: how should we use it in DC Differential mode

Part Number: PCM6260-Q1

We are using PCM6260 for mic now, but we have some questions as followings:

1. how should use mic in differentical mode?

2.  when use AC couple, can i use capacitor less than 22uF which recommend in your datasheet? due to we have to use X7R or X6S capactor, the package will be a bit too large for us, so we want to decrease the AC coupled capacitor.

according to page 8 in the sbau341b PCM6xx0Q1EVM-PDK Evaluation Module file , we want to use it in DC differiential mode, but we find the mic do not have audio at all. so i am a bit confused by it. can we remove the J5  J6   J13  J14? it seems the mic do not have power supply now.
