TLV320ADC3120: Could you help to check single-ended input HW issue?

Hi Sir

We know TLV320ADC3120 support single-ended input.(INxP ->Input,INxN->GND)

We have an idea about frequency testing( Test item: frequency and Amplitude ).

Below is the test Block diragram, Does it work by the below topology? (Input 0~+1V, Freq<100Khz, square wave or sine wave)

Input Connect to TLV320ADC3120 directly, or do we need a coupling cap?

Does TLV320ADC3120 support single-ended input (IN1) +PDM MIC(IN2) working at the same time?

The same question about TLV320ADC3140...

Hello Qin,

Yes to both your questions that would work. For more info regarding different input configuration I would look at sections 8.3.3 in the datasheet along with the application section starting at 9.1
