PCM5100A-Q1: Does it support spread spectrum function

Hi 

I would like to ask that does it support spread spectrum function and could LRCK BCLK spread spectrum? Besides, what are the differences between VREF mode and VCOM mode? Why there is no instruction of them? Thank you.

    Hello Zirui, What you see in the datasheet  should not be there for PCM510x family. PCM512x family supports VREF and VCOM mode (where  VREF mode allows full 2.1-Vrms signal output & VCOM mode allows setting a custom common-mode voltage ) . So please ignore the mention of these modes in DS.

    Also I was not able to verify spread spectrum function although datasheet mentions reduced system EMI. I will actively look for a definite answer about S.S. and if I can verify it has SS,  I will let you know. Meanwhile are you okay if I close this and open it if I find an answer?

    Sure you could close this and since these questions related to the PCM5100Aq1 output issue in the e-mail I think Pooya has looped you into that, we could discuss more in the e-mail for better tracking and please tell me the definite answer about S.S. since it is urgent , thank you.
