I have been waiting for my requests for the Purepath studio download link for a while now, but it doesn't seem to be advancing at all.
I have the TLV320AIC3254EVM-K. Unfortunately, I still waiting for the download link. My project therefore unable to go into the next step.
PPS is development software for TLV320AIC3254, isn't it?
I found some posts that have the same question. I don't know why it is difficult to get the software?
Is there any process that I missed?
Does anyone know if there is a method of getting the software?

Hello,

Sometimes requests get caught by export control and we don’t see them, that could be the case here. It would be useful to know your company and country of origin, as well as the application and your company email.

So if you can get that information to me, I can send it over to marketing and they’ll approve the access..

Thanks for your reply!
Our company is Serafim Technologies Inc. from Taiwan, and our products are focused on the gaming console and PC peripherals.
As to the application of this request, we would plan to use AIC3254 for our new headset product, but something has to use Purepath to verify.
my company email address is as same as my TI account.
