TAS5634: Slew rate differences between PWM a+B and PWM C+D

Part Number: TAS5634

Hi,

we observe EMI diificultys in mode 011 (2xBTL, AD modulation).

Slew rate at PWM C+D is >20ns, with minimal overshoot. Disconnecting doesn't  affect EMI measuremt.

Slew rate at PWM A+B is <10ns, with massive overshoot. Disconnecting does greatly affect EMI measurement.

Layout at concerned outputs is comparable.

RC circuit can solve this but A+B needs massive damping.

Can someone explain why the slew rate an A+B not comparable to C+D?

Any hints to solve this?

Best Regards

Michael
