PUREPATHCONSOLE: Checking for App Center Updates

Hi Carlo,

Some initial checks would be as follow:

• Please share the PPC3 version customer is using, this can be check in the "about" dialog from top-left corner
• You mentioned sign-in is not possible, is the button not responding? Or the login process is not able to complete?
• Is customer downloading the software from here? www.ti.com/mysecuresoftware/.
• Windows 10 should be OK, is there any firewall that could potentially block the connection from PPC3 to TI servers?

If we can't figure out what is the problem we may need to reach out offline and share additional details of the installation.

Hello Ivan,

According to our customer, the version is v3.2.1 Build 306. The button is not responding and the entire screen freeze and stop responding. The software was downloaded from mysecuresoftware, link provided in the TI email. All the accesses through the firewall are granted.

Please let me know if you need other details.

Hi Ivan Salazar, I still have not had much luck getting past the PPC initial blue screen on my laptop even after re-installing it.

Most likely our SW development team need to have a debug call to better understand why PPC3 is stuck.
