PUREPATHCONSOLE: Checking for App Center Updates

Hi E2E,

Our customer has installed the PPC3 on Windows 10, however, the message "Checking for App Center Updates" is loading until the software hangs up. The customer cannot proceed with sign in and it was already re-installed but the same condition was encountered. Are there any system requirements for the software?
