Problem as shown, will have TAS2564 hardware driver installation is correct, but the connection PPC3 software manual connection to the I2C error, has set the jump needle control manual checked one by one, and the I2C four address all tried and still error, also with the default Settings and mono Settings and multichannel needle of setting, still not solve the problem, Ask the great God how to solve it

Could you provide some more details of your setup so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our side? I think a photo of the setup including the EVM would help.

The specific EVM Settings are shown in the figure, in which the working voltage is normal, the IDENTIFICATION of USB hardware driver is normal, and the hopping pin Settings are shown in the figure. The retention or removal of J3 and J4 on TAS2564 has been tried, because my experiment is mono channel. There are four addresses for J12 and J13 in total, and the I2C error is still reported, may I ask what is the problem

Hi Kangning,

Could you try setting the IOVDD to 1.8V? You can follow section 5.3 of TPS2564 EVM User's guide (link below) for this change.

It has been changed according to the diagram in Section 5.3, and the above I2C error still exists. IOVDD has been modified 1.8V before, and the above problem still exists. No matter the default configuration, mono configuration in Section 5.3, or the four addresses of I2C and their corresponding permutations and combinations have all been tried, and the same problem still exists .

Do you have any other TI Audio EVM that is functional? I am wondering if this could be a potential EVM board level issue.
