Hello Kazuto,
Unfortunately we do not support downgrading of any PPC3 applications. The design inherently supports only upgrading or installing latest version of the app available in the MSS server.

Hi Carson,
Is there any way to load the older ppc3 file on the latest version?

Could click on the About option from the menu in the top-left corner of the PPC3 App Center and share the screenshot of the About PurePath Console popup similar to the attached image

We can proceed further based on these details
Hello,
My colleague is examine actions to take based off this info and will respond as soon as I get more info from him.

Hi Kazuto
Here is the step forwards
As we expected, the current version of TAS5825P used by customer is v3.0.6 which is older than the latest version in MSS (v3.0.7). So the customer needs to download and install the latest version (v3.0.7) from the MSS by signing in.
As the PPC3 framework version is v3.2.0 but the latest version is v3.2.1, You can ask the customer to try sign-in in the current PPC3 and follow the installation steps as below and from attached JPGs,
Once after the framework is updated to v3.2.1, the customer can now able to sign-in and update the TAS5825P app to v3.0.7. After doing this, they might be able to open the .ppc3 file in the TAS5825P app.

Carson
Hi Carson,
Now the customer can open the older tuning file, however he concerns the tuning value is different compare to the tuning opened with older PPC3. I think in case of there is a new parameter, all of old parameters are kept without error. Is that correct?

Kazuto
Hi Kazuto,
I wouldn't think this is a problem but I will confirm with others and reply back
Carson
