TAS5733LEVM: PurePath 3 software - no EVM Apps listed. Also SignIn does not respond.

Hey,

I have to do a very important design work with the Evaluation Board TAS5733LEVM and the PurePath 3 software.

After downloading the windows version ppc3_platform_winInstaller.exe from the link www.ti.com/mysecuresoftware/., PurePath was installed – but has no EVM Apps listed.

Maybe I did something wrong?

Any help in this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Berthold,

You need to wait for sign-in to respond to see the apps available for install. Sometimes there is a delay but you need to wait while it loads. You have access to the necessariy TAS5733 SW.

I waited one hour .... but no response so far.

The info in the handbook and quick starter information descripes, that the available EVMs should be listet even bevor the SignIn is executed.

But on my PurePath Console there is no information regarding EVMs.

Want to check if you have received the notification email of TAS5733 SW aceess? this is an additional access you need to request.
