TPA3255: Over temp error reset problem and sequence of input voltages

Part Number: TPA3255

We're currently trying to use both TPA3255 and TPA3255-Q1 in one of our new designs. Everything work correctly but I have 2 issues.

In BTL mode there is 48VDCin to feed the amp for output and 12VDCin (10V for TPA3255-Q1) for logic etc seperately. What are the sequence of applying voltage, which one should be powered first?

The main issue is with the over temperature error and amp goes into protection and stops workin. After the temperature is normal and resetting the amp, fault pin stays at low state which means the over temp error is still there. However the amp has output in this state with the fault pin on low. What could be the reason for this and how can I solve it?
