Hi, I am writing to report a major issue with support from Ti... very very unhappy customer.
Nearly two months ago I requested PUREPATHSTUDIO and also PCM1865EVMGUI through Ti after hearing no response I've send multiple support tickets and the CS keep closing my tickets saying they have handed off to another team... and the issue never gets resolved.
Some comments over the last month...
"By CSC team's support scope, it is finished. But it is not standing for the fully approval or reject, please notice if it is approved by another team, you will receive the email from them."
"your request is now being reviewed by the relevant business unit"
"In our side, it is passed. But it should be delivered to next team's side for approval as the process. This request has been forwarded to another TI department and they will contact you once your request has been approved."
PLEASE PROVIDE THIS SOFTWARE.
