From the basic description you have given here, my first estimate is that you will likely need an ADC that can handle 4 inputs along with digital filtering, such as TLV320ADC6140. I'm going to move this post into the ADC forum.

I receive a senoidal signal , between 5 a 15 Khz, and I need analyze the amplitude and fase variation, removing noise, I need improve de signal gain and reject noise.
So where is the digital signal coming from? or do you need to convert to digital then filter then reconvert to analog?
I need to convert to digital, filter and analyze the result, meassure the variations of fase and amplitude of the signal.

Best options here are TLV320ADC3140, TLV320ADC5140, or TLV320ADC6140 with them all being same except SNR improves as the first digit goes from 3 to 5 to 6. They have most filtering capability of our ADCs.
