TLV320AIC3206: Step noise upon HP Driver Power-up and DAC Unmute in Ground Centered Mode

Part Number: TLV320AIC3206

I'm observing a repeatable 9mV step in my HP output when I enable the HP Driver in Ground-Centered Mode, and another ~9mV step when I unmute the DAC:

As far as I can tell, I'm following the startup sequence described in SLAA463B, Section 4.1.1.

My sequence is as follows:
* Prior to powering up the HPL/HPR drivers the AIC Page 0 and Page 1 registers are as shown in this file: /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/6/aic3206-Registers-before-HP-driver-power_2D00_up.csv

* Power up HPL/HPR drivers: (write Page 1 Register 9 as 0x30)

* Wait for offset correction to finish: (wait for Page 1 Register 2 D2 to go high)

* Unmute LDAC/RDAC: (write Page 0 Register 64 as 0x02)

Can you give me any suggestions how to prevent this step noise?
