Now we are developing a new D-class audio amplifier box with TPA3255-Q1, but we found the performance are different between different batches. We use professional audio test equipment to test the product, which is used to test whether the output power of the PA can reach 480W after inputting a 1khz sine wave signal. The AR9VG4 batch of chips can output 480W power for 2 minutes, while other batches of chips can only last for 3 to 5 seconds under the same conditions, and the output power drops quickly. Please check the attached schematic diagram and PCB design, I want to know whether this problem is really related to the batch#? Or is it our design problem? Thanks!
