Would connecting a lower load like 75 ohms to the two output pins of the driver (instead of 600 ohms) cause any damage to the driver or voltage signal?

I have attached a simulation below using these load conditions. Thermals will be of importance in this scenario. The temperature will rise with higher output currents and higher supply voltages. In this simulation I have the device running at at total supply voltage of 30V. The input signal is a 1kHz sine wave at 10Vpp.
Looking at the output currents of +/-54mA the device is still in it's operating region. This can be seen with the Vout vs Iout curve below.
Please note that as the device heats up the output current drive capability goes down. If thermals are a concern in your application the DRV134 in the SOL-16 package may be a better candidate as it has a better thermal resistance specification of 80 degC/W.
