Hi Team,

My customer wants to replace PCM5242 with PCM5252. Does the schematic and Driver code need to be changed?Any  things should take into consideration?

    Hi,

    The PCM5242 and PCM5252 are nearly identical devices, with the PCM5252 having some slightly modified DSP ROM components to support it 'SmartAmp' functionality.  These features are very specific for speaker characterization applications.

    no. there is no changes needed to schematic or driver code.
