OPA1654: Test condition for figure23

Hi

Could you please let me know the test condition(external curcuit, vcc, etc) for figure23

Also, "+" is meaning sink to input pin, "-" is meaining source from input pin. right?

    The default test conditions (unless otherwise noted within a specific graph) are specified at the top of each page - see below.

    "+" does mean IB current into input terminal and "-" IB current out of input terminal BUT do not read too much from the above graph in terms of direction of IB currents.  Since IB in CMOS op amp (including OPA1654) is dominated by the reverse-biased leakage of ESD protection diodes, its current may be of either polarity - this is shown by "+/-" signs in front of number in the datasheet table shown below.
