Hello Team,

My customer ordered LME49720NABD and is expecting to receive the one provided in the Product Folder (link and image below).

Unfortunately, he received a different item (image below):

Can you confirm this is the same? They need documentation, an updated User Guide, and another document to be clear that they received the correct device.

    Hi Renan,

    Below are some captures of the small board you can use for reference. Captures are from SOIC device but the rest of the circuit should be the same.

    Regarding getting the other board, I understand the picture from product folder suggested a different hardware. Do you need the board with LME49600 for evaluation?
    The smaller board is similar to a breakout board where you can adjust the circuit using SMD resistors.

    Good day.

    It seems that the confusion is finally starting to clear up on my customers' end. Please see their response below:

    Thank you for the circuit diagram, it is good to know. On my end, there are still too many other things to figure out (eg voltage levels), so I am not planning to use it.

    "Do you need the board with LME49600 for evaluation?" Yes, it is what I ordered. If TI sends me what I ordered, then that would conclude the matter with no need for a refund. As for the return of this erroneous device, I suppose it is up to TI--I would prefer an RMA to return it, but if that is too much trouble on your end, I will dispose of it.
