TPA3123D2 Problem

I designed TPA3123D2 amp board. But TPA3123D2 can't control volume. And there is lm3s8962 on my board.

Power source is 24DCV, and speaker's impedence is 4ohm. 

I was using my mp3 for testing.

But it doesn't work well.  Speaker's volume is very very small.(I tried with maximum mp3 volume and maximum gain 36DB.)

I did make(soldering) already fourth boards by myself for debugging. :-(

plz help me...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hello Bohyun,

    Have you tried using the EVM to verify your system? Can you share your schematic for review? Maybe you can use a scope to observe the following  signals-

    1. Input signals at the input pins of the amp to make sure that nothing is loading it down.

    2. Output signals. Is there clipping? What is the measured gain?

    3. Also look at the supply and ensure that it stays clean at 24VDC.
