Customer is encountering problem with the IC, please see details below.

I am using an dual channel audio amp with the TPA3255 chip. The product is this: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000436967601.html
I am using 48V 600W power supply, and two 90W RMS speakers 5 Ohm on each side.
When I turn up the volume, the amp is going off and I have to switch it off and then on again to work. But the heat sink isn't hot and the power consumption of the power supply shows only 50W.
Can you help me finding the problem? Is the TPA3255 chip overloaded / overheated or are the capacitors not big enough?
