TLV320AIC3101: Recording and Playback enabled simultaneously

Here is a block diagram with its registers for clarity.

1. Yes you can route the path to record and playback at the same time.

2. No, you can't use effect for playback as the effect is for record-only as stated in the diagram/register map below.

If you set register 107-D3 (R107-D3) to "1" it will close each of the SW-D1 to SW-D4 and both DACs needs to be powered down as this is for record-only.

From the block diagram in your reply, can I just use the HPF in Record path (ADC), leaving "channel processing/Effect" for Playback (DAC), then we can enable Record and Playback at the same time with this setting. Is my understanding correct ?

By the way, do you know the 3dB cut-off frequency of the de-emphasis filter ? is it a fixed frequency and we can not modify ?  Thanks for your advice.

The Block Diagram with Registers really helpful, it is because the Block Diagram in the data sheet doesn't shown the HPF in the Record path, I was confused the HPF stay inside the Digital Audio Processing block.  Now is clear, Thanks.

In 11.3.3.3.1 Table 3, our sampling frequency is 48KHz, I then will use the last row of N0, N1 and D1.  Do you have ieea what the cur-off frequency of this de-emphasis filter is ?  Thank you.
