TAS5630B: DKD PACKAGE OUTLINE and EXAMPLE BOARD LAYOUT

Hi team,

One of our customers needs the package outline and example board layout of DKD package, but it is not provided in the datasheet on TI's official website. Only the relevant information about PHD package is given. Where can customers get it or can they provide it here?  Thank you in advance
