Hi team,

When the customer connected with micro USB, they found that the computer could not recognize the driver Does TI have a Driver for Controller Board that can be provided?

they already reinstall the PPC software again, but it still could not work. Could team help this issue, thanks.

But according to your description, it is possible that this mother board is already damaged. Maybe apply for a new one on Sample.com.
