TAS5630B: ANALOG INPUTS DC COMMON MODE VOLTAGE SPECIFICATION
1) We cannot find a dimension-ed mechanical drawing for the DKD 44 version of this part. We need it for heatsink design purposes. Can a copy be provided please ?
2) Are there application notes available for heatsink design for this package type - we are concerned about associated mechanical stress on the PCB.

1. you can download the drawing of DKD44 here.
2. we don't have a heatsink design guidance. what we can provide is: the stress applied on the DKD44 package should be less than 500N.

Thanks Dylan but this in not what we are looking for.
I've attached an example of the type of mechanical drawing ( with tolerances ) from nxp for reference. Can ti provide a similar drawing ?
