1、最近我司发现IO板200个音频功放芯片中有3个烧坏。经研发，损坏的3pcs IC为同批号的IC（丝印：15a2y8ue3），次品率为1.5%。其中一颗IC体表有燃烧、冒烟的迹象；另外两片外观没有损坏，但性能NG（如图）
