Hello,
Our customer is facing high noise floor problem on certain one channel on PCM4204 in their bords.
SNR is degrade to 108dB to 70dB compared with good device /ch 115dB. Occurrence is around 0.7% of devices.
Working condition is followings.
SCKI 24.576MHz, Slave mode, 24-bit Left-Justified, Fs 96kHz (At 48KHz, noise is not problem)
SNR performace is not recovered even apply reset. This behavior is not re-produced on other test board.
What is application level check point to rescue 0.7% of PCM4204 on customer board?
