PCM2906C: Is it possible to do path though from ADC input to SPDIF output?

Hello.

I'm now creating new board with Audio Capture function for new product, using PCM-2906C.

I lad already gotten evaluation board. Now I have one question.

Currently I would like to have following feature.

- To output ADC data from S/PDIF output for real-time Audio monitor. This is very much important for this sensor application.

- In this case, it is not needed to output Audio data from USB, if chip power is tight.

(It is also not needed to output Audio from DAC. Only SPDIF is OK.)

Is it possible? If so, that is very much helpful.

I can set any resistors in PCM-2906C though USB by Linux host.

Hi,

It does not look like you can loop ADC path to S/PDIF output directly without going out to USB.

Thank you for your reply. I understood.

If it has a kind of test mode to output ADC, this is helful.

Anyway, I will use USB output at this moment.
