It was no mentioned on this technical document, but is it OK to apply this to TPA6304?

We really don't suggest PFFB using. Because in realities, the components like inductors, capacitors and resistors used to create the feed back loop, all have much unilinear properties, their value also have some variation under different working conditions. PFFB will very easily to cause unstable problem at mass production stage. We don't have any research data about PFFB using in TPA6301-Q1 device.

I guess you should mention on TPA6304, but I understood that document should not be suitable for TPA6304 and PFFB itself can be unstable issue.
Let me know if you have any other ways for improving audio quality or any documents about it for TPA6304.

Yes, it's TPA6304, it's a typo.
Usually we will choose from PWM frequency and BD/1SPW mode, to balance the efficiency and THD. The output inductor also have some influence on the output THD, you can refer to below link for some guidance.
