Please help check the SCHEMATIC diagram and Layout of TPA3255.

TPA3255 Item parameters: PVDD=51V, speaker impedance 4R, PBTL mode, 240W, THD < 5%

    Hi.

    Regarding the schematic, the rated current of the output inductance can calculate by 1.414*SQRT(240W/4Ohm)=11A>5A(which inductance you used).

    Regarding the schematic, we can't recognize your PCB file by Altium Designer.
