TAS5711: 4‰ products has hiccup sound

Part Number: TAS5711

Hello,

Customer used TAS5711 for his application,  stereo output, 8ohm@20W speaker, and the actual output power is limited about  6W/channel.

When it is mass of production, there is some strange sound at power up, like beep~~ the beeping~ always has the same pattern as a short-circuit hiccup on the power-on/off switch

SSTIMER appears period waveform, and he has changed the new IC but the phenomenon is still exist.

The configuration is as following:

0X06(Soft Mute Register)                  0X07 //所有通道静音

0x10(Modulation Limit Register)        0x07 //设置最大输出占空比93.8%

0x05(System Control Register 2)       0x00 //AD mode    2.0 mode   A_SEL configured as input

0x07(Volume Registers)                     0x25 //设置音量

0x06(Soft Mute Register)                   0x00 // 所有通道退出静音

And I have suggested to disable SSTIMER, but it didn't solve the problem.
