1. We are not able to program Noise threshold and target, is there any way?

2. Record option greyed out in our Eval board.

We wanted to record audio and Evaluate Different Microphones by seeing their frequency response. Is there any way?

3. Headset detection registers all are 0(i.e headset detection registers are not set after insertion of the headset), will registers change in real-time or should we Refresh every now and then.

4. P2 mfg: JST p/n: 100P-JMDSS-G-1-TF(LF)(SN) suitable mating connector with wires (purpose: to connect to FPGA eval board)

You can change that with the device register either from register inspector or command, see attached user guide for more information on the control software.
If it's greyed out the use case is not supported in this EVM, but you can still configure the register to perform record path, see user guide above.
There's a sticky flag which clear automatically and INT register which you can use as well.
You can find mating connector from the manufacturer website.
