Hi Team,

Absolute Maximum Ratings of VDD, GVDD

TPA3255 :13.2V

TPA3255-Q1:11.4V

TPA3255-Q1 is a little lower than TPA3255.

What's the reason? Is it because the degrade duo to the difference of Op Temp?

Is there any difference between the internal schematic of them?

TPA3255-Q1 is a product for automobiles. Compared with TPA3255, some internal circuit changes have been made.

So what's the reason why their Absolute Maximum Ratings of VDD, GVDD are different and many other automotive version has the same parameters with industrial version?

The reason I understand so far is that the test standards for automotive are much stricter than those for consumer products. In order to pass the test, we have modified this indicator.
