DRV2700EVM: High frequency piezo driver

Looks like the DRV2700 does not drive piezo above 20khz. Does TI have any alternate driver chips that can drive a piezo at around 30khz with 100-200V?

The spec of DRV2665 drives 330 nF at 100 VPP and 300 Hz.

The Capacitance of the Load determines the Slew rate of the output and hence frequency response.

Can you please specify this capacitance ?

Also the frequency is dying out at 1100 hz in open while probing via scope
