LM48511SQBD: Regulated diode recommendation

Part Number: LM48511SQBD

Per datasheet, DFLS230LH-7 is recommended to use in the design. We can get it due to supply shortage. Meanwhile I find DFLS230-7 and see like a replacement with minor spec difference. Can you confirm that if DFLS230-7 is a good replacement for DFLS230LH-7?

Hi,

I compared the SS2P#-M3-84A datasheet with DFLS230-7, and found that they have different footprint (DO-220AA) vs (PowerDI123)? Do the two footprint the same? can they be interchangeable?

Frankie,

If they have different footprint then I won't consider these are interchangeable. I didn't notice that and just based my comment on Digikey "direct replacement" suggestion. You should still be able to consider DFLS230-7 instead.
