Our customer already have boards that can load at 2x15W. But Overtemperature protection of the chip is triggered after half an hour of operation.

The schematic of TAS5711 is okay.

About customer's question, I have some related questions:

1. What is the saturation current value of the output inductor?

2. What is the impedance of the speaker?

It is recommended to check whether the abnormal temperature caused by the excessive output current caused by the saturation of the output inductor.
