TPA2029D1: EN pin connection of TPA2029D1

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

We are designing a PCB based on TPA2029D1. We just wonder if we can connect EN pin directly to PVDD (+5 V in our case) without pull-up resistor. Does TPA2029D1 have an internal pull-up resistor for EN pin?

    Hi CSC,

    There's not an internal pull-up resistor on EN pin, it is not mentioned on this device documentation.
    Are you considering to remove the EN resistor to reduce the BOM only? I would still consider keeping it, it should prevent any possible transient to couple into EN pin which could be more sensitive than PVDD.
