Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC8530,
I intend to use the TLV320ADC5120 with the CC8530 without a host processor in something similar to a PA system. The only issue here is both devices require digital volume control. Does anyone know of a way I can connect a potentiometer or rotary encoder to control the volume without too much extra hardware? I know the CC8530 has very limited programable capabilities, but know a little less regarding the ADC. The end product is extremely size constrained, so I'm hoping to find a solution that won't require expanding the PCB too significantly. I'm open to any thoughts or recommendations.
