Hi,
The typical Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor value is 470uF, and we have full evaluated on audio performance.
If you want to reduce the value, you should evaluate it on your side.

Is there have a document to show how to calculate the capacitance of Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor and what should we know for design?

Sorry there's not calculation method about it, the situation changes a lot at different customer side. We suggest to leave some room for more capacitors on the first version of PCB, and test the audio performance to make the final decision.
