Hi Petr,
Our PCM290x series of devices shown on TI.com are USB Codecs.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Hey, Daveon.
Thank you for your reply.
I looked at the PCM290x series, but these codecs do not have the features we need.
I would like to ask about the compatibility of the TLV320AIC3204 audio codec with the CP2615 USB to I2S Audi bridge from silicon labs.
This solution would be suitable for our needs.
Thank you for your help.
Hi Petr,
From a high level it appears that Yes, CP2615 should be compatible with AIC3204. With 2-CH x 24-bit word length x 48kHz SR => BLCK =2.3Mhz ,& MCLK must be > BCLK. CP2615 supports up to 12 MHz.
USB Data>> CP2615>>AIC3204 should be supported and datasheet discusses how to configure I2S as slave
Hey, Daveon.
Thank you for your information.
I would like to ask if it is possible to use the TLV320AIC32X4SW-LINUX Linux driver to control the codec via I2C.
The heart of our device will be a COMe PC module with intel atom processor and Linux operating system.
Thank you for reply.
