TAS5760M: Output noise variation

Part Number: TAS5760M

Hi team,

I have a question about output noise.

The noise after the output stops is different each time.

When there is no output after the power is turned on, it is almost the same every time, but after outputting, the noise peak appears in a different place every time.

Also, there are times when there is no peak at all.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Best Regards,
S. Miura

  • Hi Miura

can you show me some waveform or simple plot?

i am not very understand your description.

    thanks

  • Hi jesse

Sorry for the lack of explanation.

I couldn't upload the file because of my firewall.

We will send the FFT waveform directly by e-mail, so please check it.

    Best Regards,
    S. Miura

  • Hi Miura

    i checked your email.

    let me confirm something.

when the device is powered on, no output, the noise is stable. no random peak exist.

but after generating the output, then stopping output, some random peak come out at the output. namely, the idle noise become unstable?

    am i understanding right?

    it is a interesting question.

after playing, is that possible still have some data at the SD line of i2s, have you check whether the peak come out has relationship to the i2s.

for example, you remove the i2s clk, let the device go to hi-z, does the noise can be stalbe.

    thanks.
