TLV320ADC6140: TLV320ADC6140

Part Number: TLV320ADC6140

Hi,

We're using the TLV320ADC6140 to sample signal from a microphone which it's lowest voltage level is -111dBV (5.6µVRMS) . The mic connected differentially to the ADC.

The ADC is fed with 3V and VREF is set to default, i.e. Differential Full Scale Input supported = 2 VRMS.

Now,

  1. What is the ENOB of the ADC? Or, what is the lowest voltage level that can be sampled with the TLV320ADC6140 ?
  2. What should be the internal amplifier gain while we want to be able to sample -111dBV signals?  Do we need external amplifier?

Please advise,
