Part Number: PUREPATHCONSOLE

I have installed my pure path console 3 software using wrong username.

How should i correct it?

I tried sign out and sign in, but its signing in to the old username.Also tried reinstalling the software.

Can anyone help me out!

    Hi Bharathy,

    Could you please confirm on a few things to better understand the problem?

    • When you first open PPC3, you should see a "login" button on the top-right, is that correct?
    • I assume you have at least 2 different credentials to login, correct? Have you tried with both?

    You need a myTI account to download PPC3 installer, however you account is not required during PPC3 installation, only when installing plugins within PPC3 itself. Once the plugins are installed you no longer need to login again.
