TPA3221: TPA3221 PBTL the sound is low.

Part Number: TPA3221

Dear,

Do you mind help me to solve this problem? The appendix is the schematic diagram.

At present, when customers are using TPA3221, the gain of both the master mode and the slave mode is set to 26db, the master mode is PBTL, and the slave mode is BTL. The master mode is connected to 2 Ω/no load, there is also  a problem, The performance is that the sound of the master mode is lower than that of the slave mode.

Many thanks!

Crystal.

  • Hi Crystal

i didn't find your schematic having any strange, can you share me more detail about lower sound?

    1. according to your schematic, it seems like 24dB gain been set, your "26dB" in question, is that mean 24dB?

    2. how much lower is the master mode comparing with 24dB?

    3. master mode, you mean connecting 2ohm/ no load, do you mean when master mode work, the load will switch between 2ohm and no load?

    4. can you help confirm your input signal waveform and output signal waveform, we can see whether the noise or something else affect the loudness.

when you testing output signal, can you also confirm the output at the output pin like outp, outm, we can see whether PWM waveform is normal or not.

    thanks.
