SRC4190: 8channels audio sample rate converter

I don't have any schematics to share. Datasheet has couple of diagrams to daisy chain them and you can use the clock connections as reference.

Yes, the 4 ICs on the top are SRC4190.  Both the source IC and destination IC are working in slave mode.

Yes, Those 4 SRC in parallel should work fine.
