Hello Mark,

  Thank you for the schematic. I would recommend the OPA1637 which has better THD, noise, and bias current performance with comparable offset voltage. Since this is a lower bandwidth part, I will be moving this thread to our precision amplifier group for further recommendations and suggestions.

If you are able to provide us the design requirements and the end of application (as Sima requested), I would reply the inquiry in details. Also, I would like to know what the application is driving from the differential to single-ended output.  

Enclosed are application notes from FDA to single ended output. In your schematic, the BW of OP113 is limited to approx. 16kHz. Per the full audio spectrum application, this is a bit low, please see the application note below. Also, the lower resistor value is recommended to keep low in voltage noise for the audio application.
