Hi,

We are trying to tune our Smart Audio Amp (TAS2563) in our product so that sound experience can matched or at least brought closer to our bench mark device. We are difficulty to achieve it.

Can TI Audio support team help us in achieving this?

If required we are ready to send our device and bench mark audio device in TI LAB so that we can speedup and close it early.

Please suggest us what should be done?

Hi Mukesh,

I understand it is very difficult to match a tuning to a reference sound. even for an experienced tuning engineer it can take 2-4 weeks.
