Hello team,

I'm wondering if FMT[0:3] has any difference between 0100 and 0110 when using I2S 24bit. Can you explain what is the difference?

    Hi Sam,

    Check the TDM diagram in Figure 24 in the datasheet. There is a "I2S mode" that shows how it differs from typical Left Justified TDM. The primary difference between the formats you highlighted is that 0100 will only support 2 channels per dataline. 0110 will support up to 4 or 8 channels depending on your BCLK/FSYNC ratio.
