Please check the Rjc(top) is 0.4°C/W or 0.7°C/W of TAS6424MS-Q1.

It's 0.4°C/W in 7.4 Thermal Information but 0.7°C/W in Table 12-1 of tis Datasheet.

The specifications located in table 7.4 are correct. You should be using the value of 1.1-C/W for your calculations.

So do you mean I should using the value of 1.1°C/W not 0.4 °C/W when simulation modeling with a heatsink?
